52 Weeks of Disney: Week #6 - Snow White

I'm so happy to finally be getting back into my 52 weeks of Disney series and while I am technically very behind, I will be catching up so expect Disney mayhem until I do so! For Valentines Day, the boyfriend treated me to Snow White, the first Disney film and one of which that was missing from my collection. It meant I could finally catch up on the first movie I missed in the series and the first Princess!

I have previously done a Snow White look (see my awf attempt here, it was one of my first blog posts!) and I really was itching to give it another go. I was torn between doing a look representative of the make up Snow White actually wears, or doing a look based on her colour scheme and ultimately opted for something more colourful as I had the idea of doing a full Snow White look for halloween (complete with wig and errrythang!)

So here ya go, my Snow White look!

I try to keep the products I use in "groups" or at least all in one palette, so they are easy to replicate if you want to do so! The Lime Crime Chinadoll palette once again served me well, with the gold and blue being perfect Snow White colours. I paired them up with the discontinued (sob) Lime Crime Magic Dusts, using Siren for liner and Pompadour under the lash line as Snow White has a couple of blues going on.

I had a couple of new products sent in this week, the beautyuk brow kit being one and I have to say, this may have taken top spot over my usual Cosmo brow palette (can you believe it!) The shades are so pigmented and I love that I have 3 different shades so I can also use them for other people too. I was also kindly sent the new Vintage Cosmetic Company Gracie lashes which I felt were perfect for Snow White, being all fluttery and girly.

Just out of interest, to see who reads this little line I put at the bottom, comment with your favourite Disney film! I know its a tough question! Mine is Aladdin for Disney and Ratatouille for Disney Pixar :)

    1. Thanks Amy :) I think the Gracie lashes would look great with any princess, they are quite fluttery and girly. Maybe Anna from Frozen as you've already done Elsa?
